1. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We are now offering free shipping on.

2. When will my order ship?

All orders will be sent to the manufacturers for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. Processing time takes approximately 1-3 business days.

3. How long will it take to get my package?

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Shipping time: this refers to the time when the order is shipped from our warehouse to the destination. After processing and leaving the warehouse, it usually takes 3~10 business days to arrive at their destination, but it may be longer for some countries or a bit delay for some unpredictable factors.
